Spark by Hilton Houston Bush Intercontinental Airport

Very nice, modern hotel. The rooms are spacious, nicely designed & clean. The hotel has eateries & a liquor store in close proximity (walking distance). Luis, the hotel receptionist was very kind & helpful. He made our stay very pleasant. My only complaints. There is no microwave in the room, so we had to go downstairs often. Also, they were pretty limited on towels when requested. Other than that, I’d definitely stay again.

Ended up here late at night because of a missed connection. Room was very big and tidy with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had bagels, muffins, fruit, eggs, cereal & yoghurt.

After a flight delay we missed our flight, among many other people. Anyways - my family finally picked a hotel and I called. Jamel was able to get us booked and got me enrolled with Hilton Rewards to get a discount. I then had the pleasure of speaking with Luis the night audit clerk and he was a SAINT! Gave him a call to get the free shuttle pick up from the airport. Shuttle took a bit but it had a LOT of people to pick up and when I thought I was forgotten I called back and Luis told me what was going on and that eased my fears. So now the shuttle gets my family and the shuttle was well maintained and the driver was nice. I get there with 2 other parties and let me tell you that phone was ringing non-stop and Luis could multi-task like a champ! He got us all checked in while taking calls about the shuttle, or whatever they had a question about. I get all checked in super fast - had our keys ready and set to go. Also set me up with a late check out and took the shuttle reservation for the following day! Now the room, clean and comfortable. Oh and they had pillows! They were not stingy. I think as soon as my head hit that pillow I was out! The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Shampoo and conditioner, lotion and body wash was everything we needed after what we went through the day before. The breakfast bar was nice and clean. Everyone in the family got something to eat. I’m just very thankful that Spark was here in our time need and it was clean and I felt safe. We even walked down the street to the 24hr place.

Very noisy all night. Clean rooms though. Breakfast is choices of small muffins, bagels, toast, cereal, boiled eggs, coffee, tea, fruit (apples and oranges)and vanilla yogurt. Muffins were ok, bagels were bagels eggs were good.

This place is freaking amazing I just got off a 12 hour flight. The staff was so nice and accommodating to me this pure genuine customer service. My room was so nice…the bed my god sooo Comfortable it feels like a cloud, beds are never this comfortable at a hotel this one was beyond perfect really made me feel like I was at home. If I ever have a layover again in Houston for sure this will be my pick for hotels.

Perfect location to the airport, no more than about a 10 minute drive (if not less) to the airport. Shuttle service, room was nice and clean. Not a ton of breakfast options but overall was great experience especially for a quick short stay in Houston

Is a very decent and clean hotel. It was very quiet I had a really good night sleep after or fly got canceled. It is a good choice. I call hotel to get us picked up and the came within 10 minutes very fast. The driver was really nice and the front desk were really nice as well. I definitely recommend this hotel specially if you are coming for a cancel fly and need a good sleep

Very friendly staff, they let us check out a bit later upon request, very clean - perfect airport hotel.
